One:Where's the best tree to catch Burmy?
Two:Whats the best level your Pokemon should be for the elite four and what is the best item quantity you should have against the Elite Four?

2. 68 and above. You should have around 12 Full Restores and Max Potions.
1.Any,but I hear valley wind-works is best.
2.I beat it with all Pokemon less than 60 (other than infernape lvl. 60)
