Go to the city where Byron(the 6th gym leader) is on the west side. Go completely south get on the boat and head for Iron island. Forget about the house and go in the cave you'll be presented with 2 sets of stairs. Take the one on the right.For further information look at the killer walkthrough by Marriland.

In Iron Mountain, you'll meet with a guy. He has a Lucario with him. Battle your way through. If you have the room, he'll give you the Egg for Riolu at the end.
