You can obtain the Razor Fang from the Battle Park in exchange for 48 Battel Points. You can even obtain it by Trade or an Action Replay Code.

I believe you're talking about Darkrai. At the present time, Darkrai can only be obtained in Pokemon Pearl by Trade or an Action Replay Code.

You can get Darkrai by either a Nintendo event (not possable at this time for it is over.)or by action replay walk through walls cheat by walking over the water to the east of snowpoint city or west of fullmoon island (or newmoon,I can't remember).Darkrai will be there.
