Hi, I bought a used Pokemon Platinum game, but I don´t know what the pre-owner did, because I came with 999 of each item, pokeballs, HMs and TMs. The pokedex is complete and it comes with the 8 badges. But I have a problem, Snowpoint City, and the three areas Resort, Survival and Fight are unreached. The thing is that it has already beaten the Elite Four several times (registered in the Hall of Fame). What can I do to get to Snowpoint City, the way is blocked in Mt Coronet by two Galactic guys, and I can´t get to fight the Pastoria Gym Leader, he is supossed to be training in Veilstone City. And Veilstone Gym Leader is already beaten but the way to Galactic warehouse is also blocked by Galactic team. What can I do?

Delete the save file. You bought a game, don't play the existing save file, delete it and play your own.
Besides, the game was hacked and that isn't fun.
You have to beat fantina the 5th gym leader you find her in the contest hall in hearthome city she is the one with the purple hair and then you have to beat the 3rd gym leader in veilstone then you can battle the pastoria city gym leader crasher wake
