Question for Pokemon Pearl

How can I get the 8th Gym Badges in Pokemon Pearl?Now I had 7 Gym Badges. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!! Thank's!

Beat Cyrus and Palkia, then go to Sunnyshore, then find Volkner in the lighthouse, fight Volkner in the gym. If you want a more specific answer, ask a more specific question.

he literally just said, go to sunnyshore city once you beat cyrus and dialga/palkia

After you have defeated Team Galactic at the Three Lakes and have obtain Seven Gym Badges, head to Veilstone City. You must defeat Team Galactic in their Warehouse and Building in Veilstone City. After you do that, you must release the Three Lakes Legendary Pokemon. After you have do all of this, head up Mt. Coronet from the Hearthome City Entrance. At the top of Mt. Coronet is Spear Pillar. You must defeat Team Galactic on Spear Pillar. After you do this, you can battle / catch Palkia. After you have done that, you will have access to Route 222. East of Route 222 is Sunyshore City. You can find the Sunyshore Gym Leader inside the Lightouse in Sunyshore City. After you find him, he will go back to his gym. He uses mainly Electric Pokemon, so a Ground-Type Pokemon should help. After you defeat him, you will earn the Eighth Gym Badge.
