Are there any tricks to beating the Elite 4? I've been trying to beat them for over a year. I rarely play now but when I do I train up Pokemon to be lvl. 50 and more. Is there any better way to beat the elite 4? What types of Pokemon are they all using?

The only trick to beating the elite 4, as shared in previous answers in the Q&A is "train your team." Each member of the elite 4 has a strangely diverse team, I would search for a list.
