You can get one from Riley on Iron Island (Riolu), and a Hiker in Hearthrome (Happiny). Otherwise, just breed two compatible Pokemon in the daycare, like every past game since GSC.
I remember one that is really easy. You go to Hearthome City and if you don't fly there you will come out of 1 of 3 buildings. (1. Left. 2. Bottom. 3. Right.) Stay on the very first road and go all the way over to the right building and you will see one of the hiker guys. You talk to him and you will recieve an egg. You walk around with your strongest Pokemon and stop by a Pokemon center regularly so your Pokemon stay strong. The egg will soon hatch. Do your best not to fly everywhere. This is a common habit (that I do have!) which makes hatching an egg take longer. Good Luck!
