You Can Activate this code pressing L and R simultaneously then go to the mining museum at Oreburgh city, talk to the boy that exchanges fossils with Pokemon and he will give you the Pokemon that you select to have.
You must know also that this is the code:

In order to have a Pokemon you must exchange the little stars with a 3digit-code that contains letters and numbers(these codes are 493 because of the number of the Pokemon)
