The Legegndary pokemon in SnowPoint Temple is Regigigas at Lv. 70. You can battle him if you do the following:

- You need to have the other three regis in your game (Regirock, Regice, and Registeel)
NOTE: They need to be in your party when you go to SnowPoint Temple.

- Enter Snowpoint temple which you won't be able to do until you get the National Pokedex and work your way until you get to Regigigas.
