Can anyone tell me specifically which tree and where it is to slather with honey to get a heracross.

There aren't any specifics. Most of the threes in the game can attract Heracross. There's just a very low chance of one actually appearing.

I don't know if it is a certain tree I thought it was any tree and if you have emerald,ruby and sapphire then you could transfer one

I personnally found one on the windmill tree but I ran out of greatballs so weaken it and use an ultra ball( get as many as you can)(it may take awhile though)
