Kanto johto hoenn

Is there a way to get to Kanto Johto or Hoenn I've heard you have to beat your rival 1000 times is this true?

No, you cannot access Kanto, Johto or Hoenn in any of these games, although both Johto and Kanto will be accessible in the forthcoming Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver, which are remakes of Pokemon Gold and Silver.

Rumours like that are just created to make you waste your time in vain.

You can only really battle your rival just under 10 times nevermind a 1000 it would be a waste of time

how could you battle your rival 1000 times, anyway? if you look it up anywhere else, it never tells you how to find him and start the battle. I guess its lies- damn. somewhere else told me you had to capture 2000 flags underground, but i don't even know how, so nvmd.

Guys, I swear to GOD this is true. And for those who think it's not, than don't believe it. You fight your rival at the fight area every weekend. To get to one of the regions beat your rival 1000 times. [ I think you get to hoen or kanto with 1000 wins or jhoto]. Beat him 1500 and you unlock another region. Come... On! Is there really a need to bury someone elses hopes by telling them it's not true when YOU have NEVER tried it. I mean Really!

Ok... I am going to show all those NON-BELIEVERS out there how to battle your rival 1000 times. First things first, beat the Elite 4 and fill up your pokedex to get the national one. Your rival will take you to the boat in snowpoint city and that will take you to the Fight area. Complete the Heatran quest and you will find your rival in front of the little house. Challenge him on weekends or keep changing the calender and set up a plan for yourself like a 100 wins a day. Its actually quite easy expecially if you have the 1 hit kill code or the catch trainers Pokemon because after you catch one of his Pokemon with the masterball code you automatically win. Don't lose faith!!!!!!!!!!

If it is true (and it's not) then why don't you film yourself in hoenn and put it on youtube. Or is it too much for you, mainly because you're lying...hhh
