How do you get the psyducks to move from route 210 I need to get pass them someone help

You would need to go to Veilstone City then go south to Valor Lakefront then Cynthia will talk to you and give you the secret potion then go back to the cafe where you found the psyducks and use the secret potion then the psyducks will have no more headaches and go away then your path is open then Cynthia gives you an Old Charm for her grandma so go to Celestic Town and continue your journey.

In Veilstone City, there is a Galactic Grunt. Follow him, and defeat him, and cynthia will come along and give you the potion. Use it on them and they will move
