Ok I got my wifi connected to the internet but when I go into the thing that is on the bottom of the Pokemon center it lets me enter so can I only battle with the people that I have registered on my pal pad? Or can I vs anyone that isn't in my pal pad and is on wifi

You can only battle with people who are on your Pal Pad.

You can only battle, trade and voice chat with people that youve registered on your pal pad.

Hello. Sadly you cannot battle anyone. You have to have each other added in your pal pad to battle or trade. Hope I helped you and have fun.

You can only battle people who are on your Pal Pad. You can however update the list for the battle tower and battle them. Not online though. Hope I helped!

Only can battle with people in your Pal Pad. But one thing you can do is go on the Global Trade Station (GTS) in Jublife City. That's the only thing you can do on Wi-Fi with non-pal pad people.
