Use it in battle alot and give it love [Ex:Poffins, dont let it die in battles often, etc.] and train it by lv 40 [it should evolve less than lv 40 but it depends how much friendship you have with your happiny.

ashleyp answered:

Hi there you need to feed it poffins or battle with it. You also need to give it a oval stone which makes it happy I have done this before so it should work!

Hope this helped.

Glacia answered:

Max out it's friendship and level it up with an oval stone held,it should evolve into Chansey(I just maxed out mine's friendship and let it hold the stone then used a rare candy on it).No offense to ashleyp, but I don't think oval stone makes it happy, its just one of those evolutionary stones.
It HAS to HOLD the stone when it levels up.You can't use the stone on it.

Pokemonhacker68 answered:

Let happiny HOLD (Not use) the oval stone. Level it up and evolve it. (I believe it has to be daytime for it to work.)
