What is the up grade and the dubious disc and how do you use them? In turn back cave how do you go through 30 passages before the 3 towers?(a need to know exact directions left room or right up or down)And with the friendcode do you HAVE to use the wifi?

Up-grade and dubious disc are evolution items relating to Porygon. Up-grade is for Porygon2 and dubious disc is for PorygonZ. You must have a porygon hold it and then trade it to evolve it. As for your last question, yes, you must use wifi.
Up-grade=Porygon2
Dubious disk=PorygonZ
You DO have to have Wi-Fi!!!
