How Do I get my friend code step by step? And were can you find shamon, Bagon, larvatar, arceus and and dragonair (<-- I think thats what it's called. The one that looks like a snake)

O.k For the Friend Code:
Step 1: Go to a Pokemon Center
Step 2: When you enter the Pokemon Center, you head to the lower level. (the escalator to your right).
Step 3: When you go down to the lower level one of the ladies will call you over to the desk and give you the Pal Pad.
Step 4: After receiving the Pal Pad you need to go to my bag and open it in your key items.
Step 5: After it is opened then there should be able to get you Friend Code.
As for the Pokemon locations:
Shaymin(I believe is what you are asking)can be obtain through an event. The event I believe is the Toys R Us event.
Bagon can be obtained by using the *Poke Radar around the Celestic town of route 210 or by trading one into you game from Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald and using *Pal Park.
Larvatar is found only in Diamond using the Pokemon Radar on Route 207. You can trade one to Pearl from Diamond or use *Pal Park again.
Arceus can be obtain through an event that has not happened yet.
Dragonair can be found in Mt. Coronet 4F using a super rod on the water, or it can evolve from a dratini which can be found in the same place. You can also use *Pal Park.
*Pal Park can be accessed after you defeated the Elite 4. Its located on Route 221.
*Poke Radar can be obtain from Professor Rowan after you get the National Pokedex.
For shaymin and arceus, you must use an AR(action replay) because the events already happened. You could always trade for them.
