Could somebody put either arceus, celebi, jirachi, or deoxys for me in order for me to trade? And can you get deoxys in pearl? I would appreciate it a lot!

Towards you're real question, no Deoxys are available in D/P. The only thing Deoxys related in Sinnoh are the stones in Veilstone City that change his forme.
