Can you buy PP somewhere and where is it?

I'm sorry, but there isn't anywhere that you can buy PP, you just find them throughout the game.

You can't buy pp anywhere but you can find them lying around. Use the item finder to look for stuff.

There is no way to buy Power Point up's. They can only be attainable through finding them within your journey. Hope this helps you out.

You can't buy PP, but you can get it refilled for free when you heal your Pokemon at a Pokemon center.

You can't buy PP up or PP max anywhere. However, a Pokemon with Pick up ability may pick you one(or more) of these. You may also want to try the lottery corner at Jubilife's TV station, you can win some PP up's there too. Hope this helps!

Just look on the tiny rocks, and use pickup, or even the the lottery center.

I think you can get them from the Battle Tower using some points.
