Azure Flute

I had a Pokemon generated for me with an azure flute but I can't use it in spear pillar.
What is wrong here?

You need the Natinal Dex at the top of Spear Pillar theres a tile just befour the steps step in the centre of it then the Azure Flute will play automactily Arceus is at level 80 though so be prepared for a fight.

You need to have obtained the National Pokedex and beaten the Elite 4. The Pokemon summoned with Azure Flute will be Arceus.
