Were can I find gible I can't find him no were

N is elekid on here because I can't find him ether

Gible- Wayward Cave which is under the Cycling road.

Elekid- Valley Windworks with Fire Red in the GBA slot

Gible is under the Bicyle Road so go underneath it then go left untill you hit a wall if you can go up keep going there'll be a opening somewere go in there lies Gible you'll need Rock Smash though.
Elekid is at Routes 204 and 205 five and the Vally Windworks you'll need to use the poke rader though so it might take a while.

Gible is kinda hard to get it... He's under the secret entrance under the bicycling road. Elekid is valley windworks with firered. Or.. You can just migrate.
