HM 5 is Defog, and you can receive it from the first person on your right, in the Safari Game; which the Safari Game is located in Pastoria City.

That would be Defog. To get it you have to go to the Marsh Zone and talk to the fist person on your right.

Defog and you can get this by going to Pastoria city , the city go to the safari zone and the first guy to the right will give the HM if you talk to him.
