Well, instead of just using one stone, I would use all three:

First of all, you must catch ditto, which you can find by using the Pokeradar in the Patch of Grass right outside Canalave City, Route 218. Next, put both ditto and eevee in the Day-Care Center, in Solaceon Town, and get not yet one but seven poke eggs, which will later evolve into eevee. After you hatch all the eggs, you will have eight eevee's, which you can now use your three stones to get Flareon, Vaporeon and Jolteon. Next, you can use four of the last five eevee's to evolve into Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon and Glaceon. Lastly, you will have eevee and the whole eevee evolution.

Well it doesn't matter who you evolve Eevee into. You have other choices like Espeon,Umbreon,Leafeon,and Glaceon. It depends on what your passionate about the most. Hope this helps.

You can just breed Eevee with a ditto or another Eevee to get more. But it takes about 10000 steps to hatch an Eevee. But all of them have there share of ups and downs...

It depends on where your at in the game. My favorite Jolteon though. And think, if you have a ditto or a Pokemon with the same egg traits, you can just breed it and get two more Eevees. After you get the first three types of Eevee evolution, I would go after the remaining four types.

Well you don't have to use a stone why don't you get one of the four others instead (look one the pokedex to find them) but if you won't to use a stone I like the water type, it has alot of HP and good SP.ATK. And flareon (the fire type)doesn't have alot of move if you don't use tm's so I think you should go with the water type or one of the four.

You can breed the eevee with a ditto and be able to get all the forms of eevee

I would pick Umbreon he is my favorite out of all the Evee evolutoins. You can get Umbreon by raising lv when your Evee is happy at night. Or get Glaceon by lv up next to ice covrd rock on route 217. Thats who I would choose, but realy you could do what everybody else is sayindg and make more Evees and get them all.
