How Can I upgrade My Pokemon PP in a battle without using AR? (need help please)

You can use a pp up on them raises by 1

To raise the maximum PP:
Use a PP Up to make it go up a little bit, or a PP Max (found in Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald) to make it go as high as it can.

For restoring PP that you used in a battle, use a:
Ether to make one selected move go up 10 PP.
Max Ether to restore a selected move back to it's Maximum PP.
Elixir to restore all of one pokemon's moves by 10.
Max Elixir to restore all moves to their maximum.
Leppa Berry to automatically restore a low move by 10 (if held by a pokemon).
