If you want to know to attack and speed stat in half it is...

Attack-- Halved would be about 100
Speed--- Halved would be about 100

I don't really understand the question.

It doesnt have a specific amount of turns.It just lasts the first few turns.

OOOH, I understand now. It stays halved for the first 5 turns, I think. Sorry about the earlier post.
