Makes your stats go higher during training.
A mark will be on the status page. It is purple and says PKRS.

Pokerus is a good virus that ups stats every time the Pokemon lvs up. When you hit summry, in purple, it says PKRS. Or, when it is in your party, when you take them to the pokecenter to get healed, the nurse will tell you one of your Pokemon has pokerus. When you keep the infected one in your party, it will spread.
