The Gym from hearthome city?

Please tell me where do I find the gym lider from Hearthome city ?
Please e need help!i am losing it! Help me :*

Well, you must first defeat the first four Gym Leaders:

Roark - Oreburgh City
Gardenia - Eterna City
Maylene - Veilstone City
Crasher Wake - Pastoria City

After you beat these Gym Leaders, you will be able to battle Fantina, which is the Gym Leader for Hearthome City.

The hearthrome city gym leader will not be there until you firts do these things: First you have to go to Pastoria city and next to the safari zone will be a team galactic meber talk to him, he will then run away you keep foloing him until he battles you then after you beat him I think the gym leader will be back

Fatina is the 5th gym leader.I know it is a cruel trick.But unfortunatly you must first go to Veilstone city and Patoria city and obtain those badges then go back to Hearthome and battle Fatina.

You have to get four badges from the first four gym leaders, then she'll be there.
