Max out stats for one pokemon

Is there a cheat, that can make one Pokemon with full, max out stats and use it on the first slot, and use L+R to do that and only on the first slot, it can be any Pokemon, as long if it is in the first slot ok

I know of an action replay code that you give a Pokemon a protein and it max's out attack, and all those stat boosting items max out the stat they raise. If you want some one to make you a code I would ask it in the action replay section.
