Palkia.

I had tried in a very long time to find Palkia, but I can`t find him.
Were is he, and what must I do to find him?

If someone answer me I will be very happy, and I will come longer in Pokemon pearl.

Palkia is found at the top of Spear Pillar. You will be able to go there after you beat the Snowpoint Gym Leader.

As an assendum to the last persons answer, You will meet palkia as part of the game course (meaning if you keep playing you will eventually come across him because it is part of the story.)

Make sure you save before the encounter, and if you lose the battle and KO palkia, switch off without saving and re battle him... You only get one chance at this battle, so make sure you catch him.

Well I had the same problem with Dialga on Diamond. You'll need to beat Candice the snowpoint Gym leader then go through Mt. Cornet to the Spear pillar.

You get Palkia at the top of Mt. Coronet.

Palkia is at the Spear Pillar which is located at the very peak of Mt. Coronet. After you have defeated Team Galactic before you go to the Spear Pillar and will defeat all of the Team Galactic leaders including Cyrus. Once you defeat them you leave and do whatever and then go back to the Spear Pillar and Palkia should be there.
