Where is Arceus and how do you catch it?

Well There is only one Arceus and you either need to get an AR or get the Azure Flute by a Nintendo Event. But if you do acquire those you need to go to the top of Mt. Coronet to the Spear Pillar (Where you caught Palkia) and then the Azure Flute should automatically activate and then a staircase will appear for you to walk up. Arceus is waiting for you.

There is no way to get an Arceus without using an action replay or a game shark. But if you do have one of these you can get an azure flute which allows you to go to the place where you fought dialga. You will play the flute and then a stairs will appear which you go up and you will meet Arceus at level 70. He is basically the best Pokemon ever. You can change his type by giving him the type of plate you want him to be.
