Can any one please tell me where we can find a flame plate other than underground we have all of the other plates except that one. #2 Please can any one tell me what happens when you complete the entire pokedex all 493 we are 5 Pokemon away from doing so and we were just wondering.

Nothing really when you complete the pokedex.u can only find it underground or by trade
Nothing........nothing but a long long long long talk about how great you are and junk.
oh, and you can only get the plate by going underground , action replay ,
