Does anyone know how to get the 18th of Arceus's forms-the ??? Form? I can't figure it out. (is this form even real?)

I am wondering where you heard of Arceus's 18th form. I think I have heard of an AR code that allows you to combine plates. Like making a Ghost-Ground Arceus.

I'm pretty sure there isn't a ??? Form for Arceus. The only forms he has are the ones where he is holding a plate.

Zap plate
Flame Plate
Splash Plate
Meadow Plate
Icicle Plate
Fist Plate
Toxic Plate
Earth Plate
Sky Plate
Mind Plate
Insect Plate
Stone Plate
Spooky Plate
Draco Plate
Dread Plate
Iron Plate

That is only 16 plates so that is 16 forms plus his regular form. So that is only 17 not 18. You may be able to get the 18th form by the use of AR, but other then that you can't.

There are only 17 forms of arceus. Because there are only 17 Pokemon types and there is a plate for each type except normal which he automatically is unless you give him a plate.

It is real but it isn't in the game. It mite be a mistery gift soner or later. (most likely later)
