Evolve an Electebuzz.

To go in-depth on Nixishere64's statement there are 2 ways to get one. One way is to give an Electebuzz an electerizer and level it up or trade it one of the two. To get an electerizer you have find an Elekid in FireRedLeafGreen with one. Keep trying and you'll find one with it. Another way is if you have Pokemon Battle Revolution go to your Self-Introduction under Profile and type in this code: BA16-X4SH-E2AT This will give you and electrified gift which you then can transfer to your game!
