This isnt right.

I need someone to trade a level 22 buneary for at least a cranidos or dialga level 40 to 50. If you think I'm weak I have all 8 badges, defeated the Pokemon league, and have all Pokemon except dialga and cranidos.

For Cranidos, try using the explorer kit to dig up fossils. I found Skull fossil that way... And Dialga, fly to Celestic City and talk to the Elder of the town and she will show you Dialga. Of course not the real one but in Pokedex it wll say you seen it...

I doubt that this is the right place to actually ask this...

If you want a Cranidos and Dialga... Buy a copy of diamond and trade them with yourself using two DS consoles... How hard is that!?
