Pokedex completion

I want to complete my pokedex but I can't find the Pokemon 114. Can you tell me it's name and where can I find it?

Here is the answer:

#114 - Unown - Can be found in the Solaceon ruins, in the Northeastern part of Solaceon Town.

Well in the Sinnoh Pokedex it is Unkwon like stated above but for the National it is tangela and hyou need to migrate from Fire Red or Leaf Green to get it.
