WELL I WAS WONDERING IF U CAN GET A ELEKID..?!? WELL I HERD DAT U NEED 2 GET DA NATIONAL POKEDEX N DEN U CAN GET HIM N HAVE THE FIRERED IN YOUR SLOT BUT I WAS WONDERING IF U CAN GET BEFORE U GET THE NATIONAL..THANX HOPE YALL ANSWER MA QUESTION...

No you cannot get elekid before because he is not in sinnoh dex

Unless you get action replay before you get national dex

You have get national dex.then you have to put a Pokemon ruby in the ds,,the on rout 129 or some thing you can catch them

You can get an elekid if you put FireRed version in the ds and then look in Valley Windworks, and route 204
