How do you access the Mystery Gift on Pokemon Pearl?

You can activate it by going to Jubilife TV, and talking to some guy. First he'll ask you how you like TV. You Put in "everyone happy" then when he asks the same question again, answer "Wi-Fi connection" Save, and you will have mystery gift next time you turn on.
Ok so 1st go to jublife city,then you go to the 3rd floor then talk to the man who will interview you,the first two words you will say are "everyone happy"then the second two words will be wifi connection
