You put two of the same Pokemon in the daycare center in solaceon then walk around a bit then come back and then the old guy will be facing right. Talk to him and he will give you an egg.

The day care center is in Solaceon town.Put two of the same Pokemon in the daycare center(one has to be a boy and the other one a girl) or put a Pokemon in with a Ditto.Walk around for a while and then talk to the old man he will have a egg for you.
