Soo I've got most apps except the berry app can anyone help me with the berry app. I don't know where to find it?

Route 205. Talk to the little girl inside of the Soil Shop and answer Yes to her question.

Go to Route 205 (Outside Eterna City) and talk to the little girl inside the fertlzer shop. Answer yes to the question she asks you and you get it. P.S. There are 20 poketech apps
