Is there any way to eveolve the Porygons without trading them?

Well, I am afraid to say that there is no other way to evolve the Porygons without trading, but if you can't find anyone to trade with, then I'm sure you could find someone to help you in our Forums, from here you can visit the Pokemon Trading Forum, and someone can help you there.

You can get a Action Replay and get one in the wild but other than that I don't think so
