You have to have the walk through wall cheat and full moon island or half moon island (I forget which one). Then you go to the island and keep walking to the left through the mystery zone until you get to the island and then you can catch him.
Sher. You can do it the hard way,( you can do the same thing to get SHAMEN) but if you already have en Action Replay DS. Why not use the event codes? Not only can you wach all the cool event sanariows and get the location of the legendary on your map, but you can also get the awsomely awsome ARCEUS whom you can't get mearly by walking thrugh walls. Check the code section and see if enyone has it. If not, ask me later.
I've heard Darkrai nintendo events came out in the U.S only in some states but in Japan they already have it
