I'm in a cave and can't get out.

Nice dude.... I don't even really think that qualifies as a question, youre not really asking us anything. Well Ive fallen and I can't get up.
Anyway, in an attempt to respond to your problem, look for stairs... Look for boulders to move with strength or to break with rock smash, most of all looks for doors which lead to the outside.

You are stuck in acave under cycling RD right just have HM-flash find a little girl and then find the exit. P.S carry alot of max Repels
