You must migrate it from the G.B.A games. Or, if you have it in your Poke'dex, you can try to trade it. Hope I helped!

You would have to use a cheating devince, like a gameshark etc.

There is a few ways to obtaining a deoxy here are the ways how to.
1. Obtain through GTS.
2. You obtain it through pal park from your GBA game pack.
The are the only ways of obtaining a deoxy. There are many other ways like using a action replay or getting one from a generous friend. I hoped this helped.

2. You can do the thing where you get the thing GBA game pack
P.S. You can change the forms of the deoxy
