You can either buy it or go to places that have signs that say wi-fi hot spot

Wi fi is like a usb for your ds you will have to buy it I live in australia I bought it for $50

NO he is wrong don't waste your money. You just need an internet connection and a port like a Lynksis thing. You just go to someplace where you need wi-fi like the GTS you talk to the person at the counter and then it connects to your internet connetcion.

You need a router for like a laptop computer, like they have at Best Buy, walmart, ect. Or you can get a wifi from the place you bought the ds. Price ranges on the routers are from $30.00- $150.00 depending on the range you want. I use a computer router for mine. I think the computer routers work best.

I think the laptop computer routers are best. You can get them at Besy Buy, Walmart, ect. Or you can get a wifi at the place you got the Nintendo DS at. The price runs for a router is $30.-$150.00in the U.S., it depends on the range you want for it.

You need a router, or you can buy something from nintendo for just nintendo systems that need wi-fi.
