After Snowpoint?

To the members of supercheats :
I beat the Snowpoint city gym and went to Acuity lake talked to Harrison and Jupiter and they told me to go to their headquarters in Veilstone but when I got there I got a storage key. Is that used to open those doors inside the building because it's not working. Can you guys tell me how do you open those doors inside their headquarters Plz.

You have to go in the small building not the head but still in veil. It is used to get the tm fly.That building.
