Go to HEARTHOME CITY, once you get there go to the fan club and give the tv reporters an interview. Once you have done that you will get a friendship checker than the fan club's chairman will give you poffin case.
... Somw where in hearthome city I guess it's been a while. In the poffin house maybe or in the contest hall?
