How can you get unlimited rare candies without the action replay or gameshark

Simple: You cannot. That is a cheat code used by both Action Replay and Gameshark, but there is no natural way to get that in the game.
No you can't get unlimited rare candies
That's easy...if you have the national pokedex...
If you have emerald version have a Pokemon you don't care about hold a rare candy and use the 'emerald cloning glitch'. (if you don't know how to do this then a simple google search will will tell you how...and it's game shark and action replay free!!) after you duplicate the Pokemon 'bout 7 or 8 times migrate 6 or them to your ds game and catch them in the pal park. You can get 6 rare candies a day (the Pokemon you catch will be holding the item it was given even after migration.). On my emerald version I have 85 rare candies and about 64 masterballs and 12 of each ev stat booster (protein, carbos, iron, calcium, and I forgot the last one). Trust me...this will work.
