Please can you tell me how to enter Cheat codes? And how do you get a Flareon?

For the Flareon use a fire stone on an Eevee and for the cheats put the game that you want the codes in the action replay and you can enter them manualy by hitting new codes on the top of the menue.
To get a Flareon get an Eevee and give it a fire stone for the cheat codes activate them on the list on the Action replay
