Hi, I have a Pichu level 26 female with no everstone, and it hasn't evolved yet. I've also seen a level 27 Raichu, so I was wondering what level Pichu evolves. Please reply asap. Thanks!

I evolves at what ever level it happens to be at (unless it is at level 100) when it likes you to the maximum amount so it will evolve when it levels up next; just give it poffins, give it something to hold, keep it in your party, do not let it faint in battle, etc.. Do this and your pichu should evolve in do time.

My pichu evolved into pikachu in Lv.31 so don't worry but I really think it's about friendship on how it likes you. mini_mario
Pokemon like Pichi, Togepi, etc, need to have maximum happiness (I think) or like their trainer a lot. It has nothing to do with levels.
I have a level 47 Pichu, and it won't evolve because it hates me.
It evoles when it likes you...i gave my pichu in emerald w/ volt tackle protiens, carbos, iron, calcium, the other ev booster, lots of berries that increase happiness and it hatched at lv.5 and evolved at lv.9
OMG! Everyone who knows any thing at all about Pokemon knows that you have to give Pikachu a Thunderstone to make it evolve any time.

To evolve pikachu into raicho you must use a thunder stone on it or make it lv.up while it is holding a thunder stone, but since your pikachu is level 100, you can't choose te leveling option.
