I am getting a Deoxys at the gamestop, and I am trying to plan out how I want to EV train it. Is there any way I can change forms to get the maximum of the base stats for special attack (180 in attack form) and speed (180 in speed form). My EV training plan would be 252 in special attack and 252 in speed, but I could get benefits if I can change forms between leves to maximize the base stats in special attack and speed(if possible).Which stat should I get a nature that decreases the stat.Can you keep retrying for the nature on event Pokemon, or is it already set.

On an event Pokemon you get one try for the nature. Unless somehow you are able to save it and start again if you don't get a good nature. And no you can switch between/mix forms.... Why wouldnt you just get a deoxys with 180 base stats in HP, attack, special attack, defense, special defense and speed. You get the form that it take within the game that it is in and live with it. What are you talking about switching between levels? Just take your deoxys as is see what form it's in, and build it's EVs and move set to best suit that, don't try and do things that wont really do anything, you are trying to think things through but failing bad, just go for it.
In one of the towns (I think Veilstone) there is a group of meteors that can be reached via stairs. Pressing A next to a meteor with Deoxys in your party will cause it to change to a different form. Each meteor changes Deoxys to a different form.
Well you can tain the Pokemon all the way to 100, and then upgrade the EV's by getting Proteins, Carbos, etc. After you can't use the item no more, you have successfully fully EV trained your Pokemon.
Ev train it for sp def and def...it's speed should be that bad either way...then make it into attack form....so it's speed shoul be speed def and sp def should ve around 300 or higher...then it's attcks should be close to 400...thats what worked for me anyway
I had deoxys with a sp. Atk raising nature I ev trained sp atk it's now 504 at lvl 100 in attack form with awesome speed so it's def is 56 but almost no pkmn has higher speed so he always strikes first and makes a one hit KO
