How do you get the third gym leader into the Hearthome City leader gym. When I go to Route 210 it is a dead end. On Route 210 there is 4 PSYDUCK. How do you get rid of them.

You need to beat 4 gym to go in 3rd gym it wall be hard to do that but when you do it it be not so hard ok
You have to beat the 4th gym, which is in Veilstone City. Your rival will mention it.When you beat the 4th gym, you can access the 3rd gym. I had no idea why you're supposed to do that, but that's the way the game goes. The 4th gym leader is an ICE gym leader. I hope this helps you!
